1. Placing an Order

1.1 Please double-check your order details before submitting. We are not liable for errors made during order placement. If you realize a mistake, kindly contact us as soon as possible at 02089932000, and we’ll assist with any feasible adjustments.
1.2 Once your order is accepted, a unique order number will be assigned and communicated to you. Please quote this reference for any inquiries.


2. Amending or Cancelling Your Order

2.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled collection time, as confirmed in your order acknowledgment email.
2.2 After collection, cancellations may be possible only in the case of circumstances beyond your or our control.
2.3 Once your items have been picked up, service provision begins. At that point, cancellation rights under consumer protection laws may no longer apply.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • The items are unavailable at the time of collection
  • Items do not match the description in your order
  • Items are damaged, contain no care labels, or fall outside our service scope

3. Collection & Delivery

3.1 While we strive to collect and deliver within the selected time slot, delays may occasionally occur. We will contact you via phone or email in such instances.
3.2 If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery, we will attempt to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
3.3 We do not guarantee multiple delivery attempts. If the second delivery fails, your items will be returned to our facility. Any further delivery will incur an additional charge.
3.4 If an item remains unclaimed for 60 days or more, we reserve the right to dispose of or donate it to a local charity.
3.5 If you opt to have your items collected or delivered via a third party (e.g., building concierge or a friend), it is at your own risk. We require a signature from the third party to confirm handover.


4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Payment instructions will be shared with you once your order is confirmed.


5. Re-Cleaning Policy

5.1 Re-cleaning applies only to items initially serviced by Press Gang Ealing and must be presented with the original receipt or cleaning tag.
5.2 While we strive to achieve the best results, not all stains can be removed. If we inform you that a stain is non-removable, the item will not qualify for free re-cleaning.


6. Our Liability to You

6.1 In the unlikely event of loss or damage to any item, Press Gang Ealing will offer compensation in accordance with the Fair Compensation Guidelines set by the Textile Services Association.

6.2 The guidelines recommend fair and reasonable compensation based on the age of the item and normal wear and tear. We may request proof of purchase to confirm the original value. Failure to provide proof may reduce the compensation amount.

6.3 In the event that an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we will refund up to five (5) times the cleaning cost of that specific item.

6.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • 6.4.1 Failure to inform us of any special cleaning instructions or handling requirements.
  • 6.4.2 Items lacking manufacturer cleaning labels or care tags.
  • 6.4.3 Pre-existing damage or issues present at the time of collection.
  • 6.4.4 Items left with extraneous objects inside (e.g., coins, pens, jewellery, cufflinks, collar stiffeners, etc.).

6.5 In the event that compensation (monetary or replacement) is issued for a damaged item, Press Gang Ealing reserves the right to retain permanent ownership of the affected item(s).
